Guys,note how I'm keeping things loose and messy and even a little crappy at this stage.The goal in the early stages is just to get some shapes and designs down on paper,start the whole creative juice mechanism going.One drawing leads to the next which leads to the next and I'm also looking at ninja costume reference while doing these sketches which are little more than doodles with some direction and thought behind them at this point.
ReplyDeleteThis is the point in the drawing process where there should be no stiff or tight aspects to your work.You can tighten up a little when your homing in on the final design.Don't sweat the detail yet.Figure out how many teeth and toes he has later on.
